This month’s Volunteer Position Spotlight shines on the opportunity to become a part of the new Public Health Committee! This is a wonderful opportunity open to all ISSTD Members and looking particularly for those with experience in community mental health settings, health promotion and capacity building, and more!
This opportunity allows for the ability to work with the other members of the committee over the next 12-18 months to develop a major project proposal to present to the Board for consideration in early 2023. Key tasks may include: reviewing existing capacity building and trauma training models, developing the proposed model including draft budgets, liaising with relevant stakeholders within and outside the ISSTD.
