The Fridley Fund

I’d like to bring the ISSTD community’s attention to The Fridley Fund. The Fridley Fund was established to honor the memory of Dr. Donald Fridley. He was a respected member and past president of the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation, whose interest included educating professionals in the fields of psychology and psychiatry to develop treatments for complex trauma-associated disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder, addiction and suicide prevention.

Due to his interest and commitment to education and training, the Fridley Fund was created to defray the cost of one training activity offered through ISSTD for students who would otherwise be unable to obtain appropriate instruction in the treatment of complex trauma and dissociation.

This is a wonderful opportunity to apply for financial assistance to help defray the cost of one training event and further your professional growth in the treatment of trauma and dissociation.

You can apply to volunteer as part of the Fridley Fund Review Team here.
