ISSTD Looking for PTP Instructors

ISSTD is currently looking for instructors in the ISSTD’s Professional Training program (PTP Instructors). This program continues to rapidly grow and evolve, and we are looking for passionate professionals who have an interest in teaching and a comprehensive understanding of the field of complex trauma and dissociation to share their expertise!

The Professional Training Program consists of seminar offerings from basic to advanced levels.  The curriculum has been established and is revised frequently, and instructors can participate in this process. This is a rewarding, interactive teaching experience, and we encourage anyone who has had some years of experience treating complex trauma and dissociation to apply to become a PTP instructor. Kirsten Stach, one of the PTP instructor explains her motivation, “I applied to become a PTP instructor because I enjoy teaching, and I can explain things quite well in an understandable way. I’m enthusiastic about that and hope to bring that across to the class.” If that sounds like you, consider applying.

These are contracted fee-based positions. Please submit your interest by filling in the form and then clicking “apply now” to notify leadership of your interest.
