As we reach the halfway point of 2025, ISSTD continues to experience exciting growth, and we are grateful to all who have contributed to building our ISSTD community. Whether you donated to the General Fund or one of our specific funds, it is because of you that ISSTD has been able to increase our audience, support research, and provide education opportunities to those who may otherwise not be able to access it within the field of Complex Trauma and Dissociation.
With this ongoing growth comes a continual need for support. One of the most critical ways you can make a difference right now is by donating to our Member Sponsorship Program.
We currently have more applications than donors, and we need your help to ensure that each mental health student and professional who seeks membership support can receive it. When you sponsor a member, you’re not just funding a membership, you are investing in the professional development of someone who is committed to making a difference in the lives of others.
Five Funds. Many Ways to Give.
ISSTD offers five targeted funds that donors can choose to support. This year, we are especially encouraging contributions to the General Fund, David Caul Fund, and Fridley Fund, which are in particular need of donations for 2025. The other two funds are currently financed for future years.
General Fund
The General Fund supports a wide range of ISSTD programming, including new technology initiatives, expanded online training, research, and membership benefits. Recent contributions have helped us improve accessibility, upgrade platforms, enhance learning experiences, and grow support for students and emerging professionals.
Join the Mosaic Society, our recurring donor program, by committing to a monthly donation of $15 or more to the General Fund. Recurring gifts help us plan and grow sustainably.
David Caul Graduate Research Fund
Dedicated to funding research focused on dissociation and related topics, the Caul Fund awards up to $3,000 annually for graduate and undergraduate honors student projects.
Fridley Fund
Launched in 2024, the Fridley Fund expands access to education in complex trauma and dissociation by helping students access essential ISSTD training who might not otherwise have the means.
Thank You to Our 2025 Donors
Thank you to everyone who has already given this year. Your support is the foundation of our work. Because of you, ISSTD continues to expand its reach, innovate its offerings, and build a stronger professional community for those working in trauma and dissociation.
