Opening Mix N Mingle | 3:30 – 4:30pm PST (Virtual Exclusive!)
This exclusive event for virtual attendees only will provide an opportunity to prepare for the conference and meet your fellow virtual participants! Join ISSTD Staff and your fellow attendees to ask questions about the conference format and platform, meet each other face to face and plan out your conference schedule! This event is free to all registered virtual attendees.

First Time Attendee Meetup | 5:00 – 5:30pm PST
Join members of the ISSTD Board and Annual Conference Committee in the Society Lounge to meet other first time attendees and ask questions about the conference! This event is free to all registered in-person attendees.

Student & Emerging Professional Meetup | 5:30 – 6:00pm PST

Coffee Connoisseur | 12:15 – 12:45pm PST | $35 If You Register by Early Bird Deadline!
Join Major Cohen, who spent 25 years working for Starbucks as a coffee educator, for an engaging session on how to properly choose, brew, and taste your coffee! This event will include a coffee tasting and dessert pairing. All attendees also receive a free copy of Major’s book Coffee for Dummies! This is a ticketed event raising funds for the Goodwin Educational Fund. Tickets are available for purchase through March 19 in the conference registration. Ticket prices increase after Early Bird Deadline February 15. 

ISSTD Town Hall | 5:15 – 6:15pm PST
This meeting is open to all in-person conference attendees and is an opportunity to hear about what ISSTD is working on and ask any questions you may have!

ISSTD Business Meeting | 6:15 – 7:00pm 
This meeting is open to in-person attendees who are ISSTD Members only. This annual meeting updates members on the current state of ISSTD and all of the upcoming plans and events.

Important Registration Details

  • Registration for Virtual/Livestream participation is only available for the main conference days, April 2-4, 2022. Virtual/Livestream attendees will have the choice between two different presentation streams during all time slots except for the plenary presentations.
  • Presentations that will be livestreamed will be indicated with an icon of a video camera in the session information in the preliminary program.
  • All in-person participants will be required to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test within three days of the conference. At this time based on local regulations and guidelines we anticipate that all attendees will be required to wear masks and social distance during the conference. 
  • Registration for the conference includes access to recordings of livestreamed sessions on the days you are registered for. Access to these recordings will be exclusively available to registered conference attendees for 180 days
  • Continuing Education and Continuing Medical Education credits are available for purchase for live (in-person or virtual) attendance only. We anticipate offering a limited number of session recordings for continuing education credit approximately 60 days after the conference. Only participants who purchased CE credits for live attendance will be able to claim CE credit for viewing the recordings at that time. 
  • Certificates of Attendance are also available for purchase. This certificate is not for CE/CME purposes. The Certificate of Attendance shows that you attended the conference but does not specify sessions attended.
  • Discounts are available for groups of five or more from the same hospital, facility, college/university, or organization. Information on discounts can be found here
  • We also offer discounts for attendees coming from World Bank categorized lower income countries. To check whether your country is in one of these categories, click here. Email cfas@isst-d.org to request a discount code for registration.
